**Hours of work**:7.30am-4.30pm (3pm Friday) - No Weekends

**The Opportunity**:
**Requirements of a Supply Chain Coordinator**:

- Language skill is essential - German preferred, they will also consider any other European language
- A background in supply chain or e-commerce is desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrate a good level of problem solving and initiative
- Comfortable working unsupervised and be a self-starter
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Coordinator include**:

- The warehouse operations of this position include implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origin point to the warehouse and monitoring deliveries
- The purchasing aspect of the position includes selecting, grading and creating contracts with new suppliers, and managing existing relationships
- Price, lead time, warranty and payment negotiations
- Analysing the supply chain data and solving any issues and putting alternative plans in place
