Description

This is a full-time role located on-site. The apprentice will be responsible for daily clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork, and answering phone calls. Additional tasks include executive administrative assistance and communication.
- Supporting with office operations, dealing customers and guests.
- Dealing with any sales enquiries by taking all details and then passing to the relevant manager.
- Organising meetings and scheduling appointments and keeping records and minutes of all the meetings.
- Conducting administrative and office workflow duties including efficient use of IT
- Assisting staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance ensuring all administrative procedures are completed in time and adhered to.
- Performing data entry role, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and organising all relevant documentation and records.

Entry requirements

Grade 4 or above in Maths & English, if you don't have this it can be done along side the apprenticeship

Training to be provided

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.

You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.

You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.

The employer will mentor and coach you on the job. You will also shadow, learn and get involved in all aspects of your administrative role with our office manager.
