Some of your primary responsibilities as a Connections Assistant will include:

- Answer incoming customer enquiries, on the connections enquiries phone line and maintain answer rates to the set performance targets
- Utilise GIS cable records and the national grid database to check existing infrastructure and interpret the information to provide customers with advice
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- An appreciation of underground and overhead networks
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Commercial awareness
