Temporary Receptionist with Manuel Handling

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
**Must be capable of manual handling conference furniture etc. and escorting clients around the building.**
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and working with computerized systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
