**BGG Garden and Tree Care - Job Opportunity**

We are looking to grow our Arb team due to further growth within the business. If you have experience in tree climbing and/or tree works then this might interest you.

BGG specialises in commercial and private ground maintenance, highway verge cutting, arboriculture, tree surgery and site clearance services. We run a large modern fleet of machinery and equipment to make jobs easier to complete throughout the counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.

We partner with County Councils, parishes, schools and a variety of other commercial and private businesses and residences and as we continue to grow, are looking for additional colleagues to join the team.

**Tree surgeon and/or Groundsman**

Your role will be varied and wide ranging from tree works, site clearances and varying tree maintenance. Work will be carried out for various private and commercial clients as well as public authorities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and that a quality service is provided. You will also ensure that all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and equipment is maintained in a safe working condition.

Ideally, applicants should have the following, further training to enhance skills can be provided:

- Industry climbing experience required.
- Industry qualifications, NPTC, First Aid, Chapter 8 etc.
- A full valid driving license is essential.
- Have a strong work ethic, with a positive approach to tasks.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
