**Job Title**:Training Recruitment Consultant (Newcastle Based)**

**Salary: Business Support Scale 4, Points 17-19,** **£19,467-£21,584 per annum**

**Contract**:NSG Business Support, Fixed Term-12 months, Whole Time**

**Hours**:37 hours per week**

**Annual Leave**:30 per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays**

**Pension**:NEST Pension Scheme**

**About the role**

The Training Recruitment Consultant will manage the needs of our employers and learners to provide quality tailored recruitment services to ensure that they attract good quality applicants, respond to employers in a timely manner and achieve set targets. To lead by example and ensure that you play a pivotal role in guiding and motivating the wider team. **Newcastle based role covering Tyne and Wear mainly.**
- A good standard of general education e.g. 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English & Maths.
- Recruitment / Sales / Telesales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships - desirable.
- Knowledge of work-based learning - desirable.
