**What's happening?**

Weber Shandwick is looking for applicants for our 2023 Launchpad Project Management Apprenticeship Program in Glasgow, Scotland. Our Launchpad Program is an 18-month commitment of structured on and off the job training in partnership with Virtual Learning Academy that will see you work with colleagues and clients around the world while being part of a high-performing, close-knit community. The program is fully funded by Weber Shandwick, allowing you to gain a qualification upon completion, as well as earning a full-time salary in the process.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting team or manager on individual deliverables within projects from kick-off to launch
- Carrying out project management tasks delegated from managers, executing with attention to detail and learning on the job
- Participating as needed in internal meetings, taking accurate meeting notes
- Gaining an introductory understanding of how to manage project management tasks related to creative or production projects
- Developing a timeline from inputting creative resourcing through to tracking against budget
- Gaining experience to develop and provide project details inclusive of timing, scope of deliverables, hours and project requirements

**What will you gain?**

The qualification is assessed by means of an externally set, externally marked written exam as well as assignments and a portfolio of evidence.

The course is fully funded, and you will receive a SVQF Level 8 qualification on completion. You will be paid a salary and work full-time. There will also be plenty of additional internal training and mentoring throughout the program.

- Develop and demonstrate a solutions-oriented mentality, including the pursuit of multiple approaches when faced with a challenge
- Develop a relationship mindset and seek opportunities to get to know peers within and outside of department to work together to deliver the best possible work
- Fluent in Microsoft programs and digital/social media platforms

Please note that due to the level of this qualification and the potential complexity of the projects which learners will be expected to evidence whilst completing it, it is expected applicants will be at least 18 years old. There are no formal entry requirements.
