As a Client Liaison administrator specialising in annual reviews, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and manage the annual financial review process for our major high-value clients, resulting in a personalised written report being provided to each of them, in a timely and accurate manner.

You will serve as one of the main points of contact between AISA Financial Planning and its high-value clients during this crucial reporting and analysis period, ensuring that their personal objectives are identified, individual needs are met &/or concerns dealt with effectively and that the review process is conducted smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Skills Required**
- Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
- Ability to both verbally and in a written format communicate effectively with external high-value clients.
- Strong organisational abilities to coordinate multiple verbal and written pieces of information and convert it into a high-quality personalised written report.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary liaison between the organisation and clients regarding annual reviews. Communicate with clients to schedule review meetings, provide necessary documentation, and address any questions or concerns they may have throughout the process.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate all aspects of the annual review process, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and involved as needed.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and organise documentation required for annual reviews, such as performance reports, financial statements, and any other relevant materials. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations and internal policies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support during the annual review process. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all annual reviews are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure that the review process remains compliant and up-to-date.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports and analytics related to the annual review process, including client feedback, review outcomes, and any areas for improvement or optimisation.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers, financial advisors, and compliance officers, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to annual reviews and client service.

**Qualifications**
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Previous experience in client relations, customer administration, or a similar office-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without constant internal management.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements preferred.
