Join the Strategy and Ecosystems Group (STE) in the Cambridge Logistics team as an Operations and Logistics Specialist. You will help maintain material descriptions, bills of materials, sales status, and other material amendments in our enterprise systems. Effective logistics is central to the successful compliant delivery of Arm product to our customers, whether internal or external to the organisation. You will be working with outstanding teams in a wide-ranging environment, interacting with senior leaders and teams across the business.

The Logistics team has a wide range of backgrounds, and they play a leading role in our multi-disciplinary group, taking accountability for getting products from point of concept to deliverable goods. This is achieved by close collaboration with Commercial Fulfilment, Trade Compliance, Product and Project Management and by working with and providing support to the licensing and logistics managers in the team. **Job Overview**:
To be considered for this role, you will have a good understanding of the management of business operations and customer relations in an organisation. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are also a requirement. You will be willing to be flexible and accept new challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain relationships with partners such as suppliers and engineering teams to help ensure delivery to product roadmaps.
- Work with Customer Relationship Management systems to support our customers.
- Drive effective data processing and real-time information flow.
- Engage with business functions such as Procurement, Sales, Legal and Finance.
- Work actively to help continually develop and improve our processes and practices.
- Have excellent organisational skills, a can-do attitude.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Enterprise software system such as SAP.
- Generating reports and data analytics.
- Handling online service requests and planning of data update tasks.
- Sales and customer service.

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**:

- Customer relationship management tools like Salesforce.
- Commercial and Open Source licensing processes.
