**Charles Fish, jewellery, and luxury watches retailer, is recruiting for an e-Commerce Service Executive & Product Associate to join their team.**

**We are looking for someone with charisma, energy, great attention to detail, the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment, and a positive approach to providing customer support.**

**A good level of literacy, numeracy, and computer skills are also essential for this role.**

**Knowledge of Jewellery & Luxury Watches, or the Luxury Market, preferred but not essential,**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our e commerce manager and preowned luxury watch procurement team in a fast-paced environment together with our branches in the London and Essex area.
- Ensuring customer service, feedback is actioned.
- Identify analyse and propose innovations, promotions, efficiencies, and new product opportunities for sales growth.
- Follow through post order processes to ensure operational excellence
- Manage dispatch of select customer orders
- Merchandising products online, as well as uploading our product range into marketplace such as third-party selling platforms such as Chrono 24, Amazon, eBay, and handle all enquires submitted through these.
- Copywriting product descriptions
- Other ad hoc duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Have a strong footing and understanding of e-commerce/Online Retail
- Previous positions held within e-commerce or retail environments
- Be able to work independently and within a team
- Shopify, Magento etc and eBay experience is preferable, but not essential
- Demonstrating an uncompromising level of commitment and focus to quality
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism on all engagements
- Possess excellent organisation and administration skills along with MS office (especially Excel) and databases
- Being flexible, adaptable, adhering to change and show initiative.
- Communicates clearly and succinctly
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Good written English ability

The role will include 37.5 hours per week and will include Saturdays. The role's working week will consist of 5 days across a 6 day week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- E-Commerce: 1 year (required)
- Luxury Goods and Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Shopify: 1 year (preferred)
