Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Facilitator on a full-time permanent basis. As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout our manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate improvement events, and monitor progress towards achieving our continuous improvement goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate continuous improvement events, such as Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement action plans to address identified improvement opportunities.
- Monitor progress towards achieving continuous improvement goals and provide regular updates to management.
- Train and coach employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating improvement events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organisation.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
