We are currently recruiting for a
**Reception & Facilities Coordinator to **coordinate all reception and facility activities within the Nerston, East Kilbride site. Continually striving to make it a well-run site and inviting to all those that attend.

**Please Note this is a Part Time Role, covering Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and will be based at the East Kilbride site for those days. There may be some requirement to work different days on occasion if needed by the business (e.g. senior/customer site visits etc) but appropriate notice of this will be given**

**In this role the key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure reception and the office in general is kept in a professional and presentable condition
- Greet and assist all visitors, colleagues and contractors with a positive and welcoming approach and ensure all appropriate procedures are followed
- Promptly answer and field incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, and keep logs of all items posted out on a daily basis
- Monitor, order and store all office & cleaning supplies. Maintain appropriate stock levels at all times
- Manage the creation of employee swipe card requests through to completion within agreed timelines
- Support on administrative / reporting tasks _for Customer Operations_ as and when required
- Monitor Meeting rooms and kitchens areas to ensure they are clean and suitably stocked
- Coordinate office car parking and _ensure_ office décor, plants, furniture and equipment _are maintained to an appropriate standard_
- Complete the PO receipting of site related invoices
- Keep all communal communication boards updated with relevant information
- Support with taxi bookings and company pool cars
- Organise site meetings, attend certain meetings and capture actions and track
- Assist with meeting room bookings & _arranging _lunches_/refreshments_
- Support with travel requests as and when required
- Coordinate general Site/Office Facilities
- contractors such as gardener, window cleaner, tradesman, scheduled testing of boilers, electrics, waste etc. _ensuring requirements are diarised, appropriate permits are issued, PO's are raised etc_
- Coordinate, Health & Safety, _ensuring sufficient Fire wardens & that fire alarm tests are conducted as required_
- _Support site _Sustainability activities
- Responsible for site inductions for new starters as and when required
- Identify and suggest any cost saving initiatives
- _Responsible for _opening and closing of offices
