**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Manage quality actions within a timely manner, including deviations, change controls and CAPA.
- Oversee and deliver project activities for healthcare products, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved punctually and efficiently.
- Assist with audit preparations, ongoing maintenance activities, and support the wider department.
- Champion continuous improvement, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency within the team.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Experience of working in a GDP (Good Distribution Practice) environment.
- Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) preferable but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage projects and handle problem-solving with a proactive approach.
- Results-driven mindset with a willingness to embrace and manage risks.
- Effective communicator able to build relationships and encourage innovation and improvements.
- A track record of being resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
