A client based in Blackheath is recruiting for an Administrator who has excellent communication skills. This role will be 50% of time working for the director undertaking peronal work ie banking, travel arrangements, household administration etc - Trainingwill be provided in PA duties
The other 50% will be assisting with all administration and maintaining the companies social media
- the mindset of a PA, ie the ability to 'look after' the directors; to be proactive and adaptive.
- to be flexible to jump from task to task as required by directors.
- to be computer literate and familiar with Office 365.
- to have excellent communication skills.
This role would suit an individual who has administratio and excellent organisation skills, there will be opportunity for growth and professional development.
The position will be based in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday
