**_ The Opportunity_**

As our People Business Partner, you will be aligned with a business unit to provide daily HR business partner support to managers and employees including compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent planning, succession planning and leadership development. You will partner with the leadership team to develop and execute high-impact talent and organization interventions that support the business.

This is a 9-12 month contract position to cover maternity leave.

Here are some more areas of responsibility:

- Form effective relationships with the client groups and consults with line management, providing People guidance when appropriate. Typically supports a business group from c-level, VPs and front line managers.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Ops group to develop integrated solutions, programs, policies and opportunities for learning.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Act as an employee champion and change agent as we grow our workforce and expand globally.
- Lead efforts to create a supportive culture through Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, Rewards and Recognition Execution, and Community Involvement.
- Ensure activities are in compliance with all country, state and federal employment laws and regulations

Our People team includes People Business Partners, PeopleOps, IDEB, Employee Experience, L&D, Workplace and Culture, Talent Acquisition and more We're spread across the USA, UK, Spain and France and work with stakeholders across the entire business.

**_ What we are looking for_**
- Experience in a similar People Business Partner role, providing HR support for a dynamic, fast-moving organization
- Ability to problem solve and utilize strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable with both written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team
