**Total Care Recruitment Ltd** are the only Recruitment Agency of its kind managed and led by a team of highly qualified Social Workers recruiting exclusively for the Health & Social Care sector throughout Northern Ireland and the UK.
As part of our continued success, an excellent opportunity has arisen for 3 Recruitment Administrators to join our team Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. There may be opportunities to work overtime evenings and weekends.

- Process and proactively manage pre-employment checks for successful applicants to agreed standards;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong administration experience in a recruitment related role;
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment;
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising;
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
