**What are we offering?***

We are looking to fill a Personal Business Support Aide role to assist a Change Leader in Service Planning and Delivery directorate. This is a key support role for the Change Leader and an opportunity to learn and be closely involved with activities within a high profile and fast paced area of Service Planning, and Change Delivery.

**Job description**:

- Undertake and research guidance, policy and other information to support Change Leader in their Decision Making, adhering to deadlines as required and delivering high quality analysis, including recommendations and options as required.
- Accompany Change Leader to meetings accurately capturing the context of meetings attended, whilst ensuring the clarity and content is articulated and reflects stakeholder positioning/viewpoints on the day.
- A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, work closely to support the Change Leader managing their workload. Facilitating emotional intelligence support with strong empathy, ability to understand other people’s needs and a passion for colleague and team wellbeing.
- Excellent customer service skills required to support effective communication with a range of stakeholders including Senior Leaders, constructively challenging, negotiating, whilst building and maintaining collaborative working relationships across the department.
- Deliver a high-quality admin support service to and on behalf of the Change Leader including diary management and necessary arrangements, e.g. room bookings, car hire, rail and hotel requirements, arranging meetings as necessary on behalf of the Change Leader and being in attendance as required, and managing a robust forward planning system to meet deadlines.
- Will be required to attend face to face and virtual meetings with the Change Leader at various locations, nationally, and therefore the ability to drive preferred.
- Other ad hoc duties as required, including supporting the G6 for the team with a range of aide duties when time allows.

**Lead Key Criteria**:

- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders irrespective of grade, challenging and/or negotiating where necessary with a focus on building collaborative working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the department.
- Provide a research and analysis service with recommendations and options with well defined judgement set out.

**Other Key Criteria**:

- Ability to deliver accurate, clear and concise summaries of meetings attended, to support the Change Leader in both virtual and face to face events, providing clarity when necessary, considering and maintaining confidentiality due to the range of meetings attended.
- A proven track record of meeting, and negotiating deadlines when necessary, managing a robust forward planning system in support and the ability to multitask with competing priorities.
- Deliver a high-quality admin support service including managing a robust forward planning system to ensure all deadlines are met and information flow is delivered consistently and must be able to travel to meetings to support the Change Leader as needed, including the occasional national travel**.**
