This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship role - split 80/20 between working and earning with the employer gaining valuable hands on skills, and learning & gaining qualifications with Solveway Apprenticeships

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Record Occupational health surveillance results on matrix to ensure legal compliance is met and maintained
- Managing Occupational health surveillance recall requirements
- Reviewing preplacement and employee live cycle Occupational health questionnaires and tracking outcomes
- Complete KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Filing of Occupational Health appointment notes
- Inviting Occupational Health service users for their appointments
- Producing reschedules for Occupational health surveillance and Occupational health promotion activity
- Maintaining OH consumables inventory and placing orders when required
- Supporting Occupational Health Advisor with other administrative duties
- Support the Occupational Health team as required and with suitable training to undertake, health surveillance measurements and test collection.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

You will be gaining the Business Administration Level 3 qualification and you will receive full on the job training and the support of full training by the training provider, Solveway Apprenticeships.

Training is through live classroom learning via Microsoft Teams, and extra support and learning can also take place at our offices in Stevenage, Hertfordshire if desired. Online training will take place 1 day a week.
