**About the role**
As Head of Digital Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for the company’s Digital Transformation as it relates to global marketing, developing the digital marketing strategy across a range of channels to provide a best-in-class digital user experience for our prospects, customers, distributors, technology partners, and Domino colleagues across the globe. In addition to the day-to-day management of a team of specialists, you will define and implement a strategic plan for the training, systems improvements, martech investment and programme support required to maximise the effectiveness of the company’s marketing activity, increasing performance and profitability, while assuring global resilience and compliance. To achieve this, you will also measure and evaluate marketing performance globally, across brand awareness, demand generation and customer lifecycle management, and will support our corporate and local marketing teams by identifying insights and actioning opportunities for optimisation and scaling. You will support the continuous development in digital marketing expertise through the delivery of digital marketing training resources for the Domino global business.

**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Own the development and implementation of digital-first processes for marketing (and any transformation requirements) in line with Domino's key strategic objectives- Manage a team of specialists, providing support and guidance to help them achieve both their operational targets and personal development goals- Create and maintain a best-in-class website presence to deliver an exceptional user experience and support Domino's global digital marketing ambition, including the implementation of personalised, automated customer journeys- Identify, design and document scalable digital marketing continuous improvement best practices across the marketing teams within the direct subsidiaries (and distributors where possible) to help them be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the wider Channel Development department- Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimisations, both direct and via regional influence, to support the above- Oversee and optimise the lead acquisition and management process and support all marketing teams in achieving their digital marketing targets- Define and manage an optimised martech stack (including the marketing systems requirements for the corporate CRM system) to support the global delivery of marketing excellence, working with business operations teams to manage the health of shared data- Provide platforms, training and best practice advice for the creation and management of multi-channel campaigns, including Marketing Automation, PPC, SEO, ABM etc.- Manage the central Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations budget- Maintain a culture of outcome-based performance management, establishing and measuring against appropriate KPIs and reporting on results to key stakeholders- Manage third-party agency relationships and performances- Provide key stakeholder support to the Domino business in data privacy and management, to ensure Domino's ongoing compliance with international legislation

**About you**
Significant experience in similar digital marketing and/or marketing operations management roles, with a proven record of successful programme delivery
Highly experienced in budget and project management experience, and in managing internal teams and external agencies to deliver against specific objectives
Strategic and highly motivated by, and focused on, delivering value to the business
Strong communication skills and extensive experience of work with international teams
Self-motivated and able to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Expert knowledge of digital technologies, including website and CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM, marketing analytics, digital asset management
