We have an opportunity for a HR Adviser to join our fantastic HR Team of professionals who are enthusiastic, responsive, solution focused and work collaboratively with Faculties and
Departments. If you have similar qualities and have experience of providing generalist HR advice we would like you to join us.

This is an exciting time to join our team of HR Adviser’s as we embark on a bespoke advisory programme to enhance our engagement with key stakeholders across the University to make a difference.

We offer a number of excellent employee benefits including a generous pension scheme, 30 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata for part-time hours, a staff support scheme,
cycle to work scheme, annual increments (to the top of the grade). We also work flexibly which means that you will be able to work at home for some of the time should you choose, with your office base located on the University of South Wales Pontypridd Campus.
