To enable us to maintain this and grow, it is essential that we recruit the best Care Professionals to work with us, and this role will be responsible for this - based in our Portslade office, but also with a requirement work flexibly at times.

**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Home Instead team in Portslade as a Recruiter, where you would be working with our Training Manager, Head of Care Professional Experience and Business Development and Operations Manager to achieve targets.

You will play a pivotal role in the continued smooth running of the recruitment function in a fast-paced and growing care organisation with a really meaningful mission to provide compassionate care to our clients.

- To proactively source, select and build a pipeline of high quality and engaged talent for our business - mainly part-time Care Professionals
- To carry out initial screening chats as well as interviews in a timely manner and facilitate speedy admin for quick turn around
- To obtain and monitor pre-employment checks in line with the compliance of Home Instead brand
- To advertise cost effectively and manage the advertisements of the job opportunities
- To be willing and able to improve recruitment procedures to speed up processes, as well as increase role visibility
- To communicate effectively with Recruiters Network, local Sussex Recruiters and National Office to learn from their experience and trial new approaches using provided tools
- To build an understanding and provide quarterly Recruitment Action Plans and Strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, possibly Part-time (30 hrs)

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Qualifications**:
We’d really like to hear from you if
- You have minimum 2 years recruitment experience
- Ideally experience with social media advertising
- You have great people persuasion skills and are able to negotiate
- Excellent attention to detail
- You are looking to use your transferable skills to help with our need to employ talent into our business.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by change.
- Have a growth mentality and a positive, resilient attitude
- You’re intelligent, both intellectually and emotionally, and have a genuine interest in people.
