Motus Commercials is an approved **DAF Truck dealership** located in **Oldham** and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable **Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor**. As our new Service Advisor, you will join our friendly team which will see you working 5 days a week on the following shifts which equates to 40 per week within our approved DAF dealership.
**Week 1 Monday to Friday 7.00am - 16.00pm**
**Week 2 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 18.00pm**

As a Service Advisor at **Motus Commercials** in **Oldham** we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- Motor trade experience
- Desire to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Basic understanding of Motor Vehicles
- High level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
Main duties will be:
We require an experienced **Customer Service Advisor** who can provide a thorough service to our customers to ensure their vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. As our **Service Advisor** you hold an important position within the business in providing an excellent service to our automotive customers to assist in keeping their commercial vehicles on the road.
- Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
- Updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop
- Scheduling services required for customers.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant fully skilled Service Advisors.
- To attend recognised courses of instruction and achieve the correct pass mark for each course.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service reception area.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials.
