We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative individual to join us as we work to improve the digital products we currently provide for our beneficiaries.

Reporting to the Digital Product Lead, you will be working as part of a team responsible for developing our online beneficiary products including our forum.

We’re looking for someone who is skilled at online community management, identifying opportunities for developing accessible and engaging content in various formats, based on peer and professionally reviewed information and beneficiary insight. You should be familiar with the management of online forums and know your way around project management platforms such as Jira. You should also be skilled in generating reports on product performance using tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).

Key responsibilities will include:

- Deliver improvements to our digital support products keeping them compliant, accessible and in line with relevant quality frameworks.
- Support the development of content strategies for our digital products by providing actionable insight from our forum users as well as promoting relevant content to our audience on the forum.
- Create reports for our digital support products and implement changes based on the insight from the data.

You will have experience of:

- Engaging with an online community and supporting those who face challenges using digital tools.
- Finding solutions to queries in an online community setting.
- Translating user needs into technical solutions, including writing user stories/functional specifications.
- Meeting internal and external standards for quality standards and content development.

To fulfill the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Please note that this is a home-based role with a requirement to work in one of our Stroke Association hubs on an ad-hoc basis.
