**SALARY**

£28,501.20 - £31,404.10 (dependant on qualifications and experience) working on a condensed rolling rota from 7.30am - 10.00pm on a three on three off basis.

**About us**

Edgewood School will be the newest and latest edition to the SENAD Group portfolio.Currently undergoing major building and renovation work, our site in Lingswood Park, Northampton will become a vibrant, ambitious and caring independent day and residential school for young people aged 7 up to 16 years old with a range of complexity and need, including; Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication

difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.

**This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the set up of this new site and be part of the team to welcome our first residential students.**

**The role**

As a Support Worker you will support the young people to find a way of life that suits them as individuals, enabling them to access the community, get the most from their school day and achieve their personal goals.

You will ensure safeguarding is a priority at all times, support with personal care and have the young people’s best interests at the heart of everything you do.

**Essential Criteria**

We are seeking a team of trustworthy, interactive and fun Support Workers.

While full training is provided, previous relevant experience will be beneficial.

Applicants must have a natural respect for the individuality and dignity of those in our care.
