Head of Commercial
Our client, a significant player in the food manufacturing and fresh produce sector is looking to strengthen their team by the appointment of a Head of Commercial to set the commercial strategy and develop and lead the commercial team.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with senior commercial experience who has experience of dealing with the major multiples, someone who can forge relationships at a senior level and someone who has managed a commercial team before. Ideally you will have fresh produceor short shelf life food sales experience however someone with food manufacturing or FMCG would equally be relevant. With strong commercial knowledge and understanding, you will be a highly driven and motivated individual who is driven by results and who hasa natural inclination to grow a business.
The salary is negotiable upon experience but includes a significant basic salary and strong, performance driven bonus + benefits
