To perform all tasks to a consistent standard as detailed within the department and to operate within brand and key standards.
To be flexible in assisting around different areas of the Bar in response to business and customer needs.
To attend training sessions when required and to operate in line with the training or information received.
To attend briefing sessions and Staff meetings when required.
To ensure that all staff are on time, dressed properly and delegated jobs to ensure that Bar services run Smoothly and to company standards.
To assist in the training of staff in conjunction with management.
To create an environment promoting staff morale and encourages employees to have a pride in the area and their skills ensuring maximum efficiency.
To ensure safety of the working environment in the department is maintained.
To identify and report hazards and maintenance requirements in the workplace and follow up through the General

Other duties will include:
Cashing up of tills and ensuring safe is correctly counted

Placing orders

Putting together rota's and checking with the manager

Daily banking duties and ordering of change

Cellar management ie cleaning,changing of barrels, cleaning the lines

Speaking with suppliers and contractors when on site

Know Basic knowledge of Health and safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
