Sheffield, United Kingdom Fletchers Waste Management Full time

Fletchers Waste Management, an established waste and recycling business based in Sheffield is currently seeking an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to work in our busy weighbridge/transport office. This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of a well-established business.

Key responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
- Scanning of daily plant check sheets/temp checks etc in line with ISO45001:2018 requirements.
- Site PPE stock control.
- Matching tickets against invoices and dealing with queries.
- Ordering tools/spare parts etc. - liaison with maintenance/garage teams.
- Ensure correct input of all paperwork from the previous day in respect of waste in/out etc.
- Weighing vehicles on and off a busy weighbridge.
- Allocating the correct weights to the relevant job ticket.
- Instructing drivers to designated waste tipping areas.
- Liaison with Site Supervisors re organisation of waste and waste movements.
- Ensure all waste out has been logged correctly, liaising with the Site Supervisors where required.
- Booking/inputting jobs onto the system and taking payments via Sage Pay.
- Filing and general administrative tasks.
- Ad-hoc duties where required (within capabilities).

Normal working hours: Full-time Monday - Friday 0900-1730.

**Salary**: £22,500 p/a

Key competencies
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good IT skills and proficient in MS office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise / multi-task where required.
- Calm and flexible approach in an often busy and demanding environment.
- Team player.
- Good sense of humour.
- Full, clean driving licence (desirable not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
