I am recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager.

We are looking to establish a highly successful sales function to grow my client in this new role.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales cycles, closing new business deals and over time developing an efficient sales team.You would be expected to communicate the company value proposition to our prospects, over the phone and in face-to-face meetings(when possible).

Key Accountabilities:

- Close new business consistently at or above target.
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for the company's services and solutions.
- Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads.
- Work closely with the CEOs on strategy.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to create and then execute the sales strategy, as we introduce enhancements to existing services and/or release new products.
- Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values and vision for the future.

You will have:

- 5+ years of experience selling solutions or services to enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals consistently.
- Experience selling IT managed services and working closely with decision-makers and executives.
- Lots of good ideas about how to establish and drive a sales function.
- A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic.
- Tons of energy, passion, humour and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in leading a team.

Target clients will be enterprise companies, smaller local companies and also the public sector, covering all verticals.
