The position involves a wide range of administration duties including:

- Providing a professional reception service - including greeting clients and answering calls
- Photocopying, scanning and document management
- Diary management
- Updating and maintaining systems and databases
- Producing reports and drafting documents
- Filing and general office duties

Position Requirements:

- Self-motivated and driven
- Friendly and personable approach
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- A desire to learn quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and good IT skills
- Analytical with a good eye for detail.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week) based in our Ely office.
