Here at GXO, we are looking for a** Fleet Administrator** to join our Transport team in Northampton - NN4 5EL. You’ll be coordinating the fleet administration activities, ensuring legal and company compliance is maintained, costs are controlled, and supplier relationships are maintained.

This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll be predominately working ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, 37.5 hours per week, however occasionally we may need some flexibilitythis is Logistics after all.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of **£24,739 per annum**. In addition, we offer 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Work with the central planning team to identify fleet requirements for the operation
- Complete or assist in accident investigations for any major incident
- Maintain and monitor fleet management systems
- Maintain record keeping standards through regular self-auditing

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Proven track record working within a busy transport office or fleet administration role
- Good understanding of fleet management or vehicle maintenance - ideally background in HGV engineering
- Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Excel & Outlook and bespoke fleet management software
- Highly flexible, reliable, with good attendance and time keeping
