**Your new role**
The Agile Delivery Manager will act as a change agent, leading and empowering a cross-functional team utilising the Scrum framework for the delivery of key digital products. You will coach the team to deliver high quality and regular releases of products, innovatingand running iterations of services to exceed user needs.
You will be responsible for building and leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, and retrospectives. You will provide transparency and visibility by tracking and reporting team-level delivery metrics,whilst creating a collaborative environment where the team is empowered to own deliverables.
You will encourage and facilitate continuous improvement, whilst coaching and mentoring team members on Agile values, principles, and Agile Scrum best practices.
This position would suit a forward-thinking servant leader who is passionate about continuous improvement and coaching teams to success.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience working in an Agile methodology
- An understanding of the Scrum framework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You should ideally have experience of building Agile software delivery teams
- If you hold a recognised professional certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) this would be an advantage although it is not essential
