Role **Head of IT Operations and Service Delivery aka Service Delivery Director, IT Operations Director, Head of Service Delivery**

Salary **80 - 90K + Pension 6% + Private Medical + 25 days rising with service**

Location -** Victoria, London - Hybrid 2/3 days WFH / Office**

This is a brand-new role heading up IT operations and service delivery for a new service and will require someone well versed in change, incident management and delivery.

**Key Deliverables**

**Strategy** - Work with senior management teams to initiate change through formal business planning and a business case process. this will require a detailed understanding of service Management disciplines and toolsets

**Team Management** - Motivating team members recognising team achievement and fostering collaboration and communication within and across teams

**Service and operational performance** - Paramount to all is ensure core service is maintained to expected standards 24/7. Provides excellent customer satisfaction and adhere’ s to contractual commitments

Experience of budget management, Risk policy, Security, and stakeholder management

**Flexibility - **Some flexibility will be required regarding meeting clients from time to time as well as some out of hours work

**Requirements**:

- IT Services background
- Background in an SME environment or running new services with teams of up to 10 staff
- Experience working with large enterprise clients using technology at scale
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder management
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management
- Service delivery monitoring
- Excellent documentation skills e.g. resource utilisation and contract
- Vendor negotiation and contract management
- Financial forecasting
- Project Management
- KPI and process orientated
