CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) in Solent NHS Trust have a unique role for the right person, joining at the start of our Academy, designing and delivering training and development programmes for both our national and international clinical staff.

As a Clinical Education Lead, you will be part of a fantastic multi disciplinary team in CAMHS. They are fantastic because they all passionately care about Children and Young people and you will feel this from the moment you start. Your role within this team is to develop programmes for our specialist CAMHS practitioners that will expand and enhance the knowledge of our current people alongside all new practitioners into service. You will also be core to the development of the CAMHS academy which is being developed to enhance the career pathways for those working in and joining specialist mental health for children and young people.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract and secondments are welcome.
