The Lead for Clinical Education in CAMHs is a key role in the CAMHs leadership team and will work to ensure the delivery of high quality, evidenced based and safe education is available and delivered to clinical staff working within CAMHs.

As a Clinical Education Lead, you will be part of a fantastic multi disciplinary team in CAMHS. They are fantastic because they all passionately care about Children and Young people.

The Lead for CAMHs Clinical Education will provide highly developed specialist knowledge, underpinned by theory and experience to nursing and associated professionals across the CAMHs service working closely with the Head of Quality & Professions, Service Managers, Programme Director for the academy and work in partnership across the ICS and with NHS Improvement (HEE) and universities to develop clinical education that meets the needs of a rapidly changing CAMHs service.

Solent CAMHS team is a strong and supportive team and has excellent structures to offer regular supervision and support.
