Our client has an exciting opportunity to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Team Manager for our Learning Disabilities Team in Newham.

The team provides support to adults with Learning Disabilities over the age of 25 and is working closely with our health partners and other agencies.

The post is reporting to the Learning Disabilities Service Manager and the post holder will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Social Workers and Support Workers.

You will be required to provide management and leadership to the team as a professional, visible role model for the service and the council. We want an individual who will shine and lead by example.
