**HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTION JOB SUMMARY**:
Fantastic opportunity for an organised Administrator / Secretary or Front of House Receptionist, to join an established family run business.

Our client is looking for an organised, self-motivated individual to manage both the front reception and support the wider team with administration / secretarial tasks.

This role would suit someone who has worked within a professional services environment, is confident managing their own workload but is also happy to support a team of individuals with general business as usual tasks.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTION**:

- Meet and greet clients who attend on site meetings
- Take incoming calls into the business and resolve queries where possible / escalate to the correct internal team.
- Daily postal duties (opening, sending, scanning documents)
- Booking client meetings on behalf of the relevant manager / Partner
- Setting up new client accounts
- Updating internal records
- Typing and sending out letters to clients
- General administration / secretarial duties to support the wider team

**KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Excellent telephone manner, and professional approach with people at all levels, in person. You will be meeting and greeting clients, so confident communication skills are essential.
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask, is required
