**The Senior Landscape Architect will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Degree qualified in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working across different stages of complex projects from conception to completion
- Chartered member of the Landscape Institute
- Passion for Landscape Architecture
- Experience of the following: Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety Management in Construction
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent level of design and technical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Understanding of different climates and conditions to recommend suitable planting
- Excellent knowledge around sustainability
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team
- Ability to work and support the team when needed and coordinate with others

**The Senior Landscape Architect will involve**:

- Developing concept designs and presenting them to potential clients
- Attending sites as and when required in connection with plans, drawings, and construction contracts, as well as lead preliminary site studies
- Establishing landscape requirements and managing project resourcing accordingly
- Creating detailed working drawings and supporting information as required to help sell the designs
- Creating accurate and concise working and installation drawings for on-site fitting
- Communicating with the internal team as well as the clients
- Be well organised in running projects and ensuring timely delivery
