**Role Overview**:
As a Production Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated individuals, overseeing the manufacturing process, and maintaining a commitment to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily targets and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Enforce and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any deviations from standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on attitude helping team on the line as necessary.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

**Salary**:
£24,000 to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
