Production Operative: Ilkeston

Working hours: 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday

Contract: FTC (9 months)

EM Pharma are one of the UK's leading eye care & healthcare manufactures. Because we are growing, we are looking for new operatives to join our team in Ilkeston

Working within a non-sterile environment manufacturing a wide range of healthcare products using various pieces of equipment.

**Job Role**:

- Filling, plugging, capping, labelling & wrapping bottles
- Working with semi-automated / fully automated machinery
- Packing finished products and wrapping onto pallets
- Lifting of completed product
- Completing basic in line checks
- General maintenance/cleaning of factory and machinery
- Helping in various departments of the business when required
- Overtime available at time and half
- Able to work on their feet throughout the shift
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently
- Good knowledge of automated lines
- Motivated and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- High levels of accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye co-ordination
- Clean as you go attitude
- High level of personnel hygiene
- Knowledge and understanding of basic GMP
