Thorn Baker Group is seeking a reliable Production Operative to join their team in Ilkeston. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, including machine minding, quality checking, and general production line duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly rotational shifts, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Machine minding and quality checking of products
- General production line duties, including packing and repetitive work
What We Offer:
- Temporary to permanent role with opportunities for career progression
- On-site car park and competitive hourly rate of £11.44 with overtime paid at a premium rate
About You:
- Ability to work weekly rotational shifts and maintain a reliable attendance record
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
