Clinical Lead, Mid Mental Health Liaison Team

The post holder will work under the overall supervision of the Matron / Clinical Manager to provide clinical and managerial leadership and effective operational management to the Mid-Liaison Liaison Team. The post holder will be required to undertake these duties without direct supervision ensuring that there are effective arrangements in place to coordinate the Mid-Liaison Team to meet service demand and responsible for the maintenance of standards of care. The post holder will ensure compliance with statutory duties; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets (including meeting the recommended response times following evidence based practice) and quality improvement measurements assigned to the service.
