An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced**Project Support Officer**to join a large NHS body based in South Wales on a temporary basis.

You will provide comprehensive programme, project and administrative co-ordination and support to the Team. The role duties include day to day admin duties, planning, organising, minuting and note taking

**Client Details**

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful **Project Support Officer** will join a large NHS body based in the Pontypridd area.

The role will be initially full office based, moving onto a hybrid pattern after training (one day office / four days home).

**Description**

**The key responsibilities of the Project Support Officer include**:

- Organise meetings
- Minute and note taking
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Group and analyse text based data
- Collate and cross reference survey data
- Daily administrative duties

**Profile**

**The successful Project Support Officer**:

- Experience working in a Project position
- Previous experience covering various PA duties i.e. diary management, minute taking, travel booking
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- IT literate
- Previous experience working within the NHS (desirable)
