This new role will be part of the Neighbourhood Services Recycling and Waste team ensuring compliance on recycling and waste sites and assisting with achieving statutory recycling targets, minimising waste and being carbon neutral by 2030.

**Ynglŷn â'r rôl**
Pay Details: Grade 9, SCP 31-35, £37,261- £41,496

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

Main Place of Work: Alps Depot and hybrid working including site and home

**Description**:
To supervise the Council’s recycling and waste sites to ensure compliance with Environmental Permitting Regulations and to ensure the output of recycling material is to of high standard in readiness for resale and reuse.

**Amdanat ti**
You will need to be:

- You will need to have experience supervising recycling and waste sites or have a Health and Safety background and willing to undertake training and looking for your next opportunity to develop your technical skills.
- Prepared to work flexibly across the service area and work with the other line managers assisting with the delivery of frontline services.
- Have good communication, interpersonal, staff supervisory and engagement skills
