**What we do**:
Butterfields Community Care solely specialises in providing holistic, quality, and critical end of life care and support, to patients across Somerset wishing to remain at home throughout a very difficult journey. We have created a unique service that focuses on two vital key values, which consist of ‘Quality of Care’ & ‘Staff Value’ to which, without these at the heart of everything we do, we would not be the service nor the outstanding team that we are today
We are committed to providing a sensitive, compassionate, and flexible service to both our patients and their families, adopting a "non-rushed" approach in the delivery of person-centred care, that truly focuses on understanding what is important to our patients and their families throughout a very difficult time.
As a Team Leader you will be supporting with a wide range of both patient and team focused duties. You will be responsible for the collation of vital and sensitive information in the assessment process of patient care plans, safety and risk assessments. You will be working closely with our outstanding community care team by providing resilience, support, guidance, mentoring and relief where needed. You will take ownership in leading your team throughout their shift, updating and adding to care plans when required, getting our 'Fun Bus' out into the community delivering positivity, fun and engagement throughout the service. You will also play a vital role in supporting our out of hours service at the start of the day and at the end of the day.

- All care visits are long enough to complete the required tasks, allowing a 'non rushed' approach, with no set times to avoid rushed travelling and sensible and achievable runs, meaning you can always focus on quality of care.
- Fortnightly pay.
- **NO JARGON AND NO HIDDEN SURPISE PAY RATES, we offer a very simplified pay structure of ONE set hourly rate starting from £14.00 per hour for your entire shift, Monday through to Sunday**
**. We currently have X2 Team Leader contracts available.**
- Plusmileage paid additionally at 45p per mile.
**In addition to our fantastic salary, we also offer the following financial incentives**:
