**Job overview**:
An opportunity has arisen for two Quality Improvement and Innovation Clinical Fellows to work within NHSE Northwest Workforce, Training & Education Directorate’s COVID Recovery Programme focusing on the role of clinical rotas in improving trainee experience and wellbeing. These fellowships will deliver central coordination of a multi-site Northwest wide programme focussing on improving clinical care and junior doctors’ working lives through innovations in clinical rotas & job plans. The post holder will be supported and supervised by an Associate Dean, with additional input where appropriate by local educators. They will work closely with relevant clinical and service teams within the local education providers as well as the trust-based rota QI fellows appointed by education providers across the Northwest.

Postholder must currently be in a
HEENW (NHSE Northwest
WTED) training post.

We want to allow some flexibility in the post by offering the option to just do 1 day rather than 2 days a week.

- Registration with General Medical Council and licence to practice
- Primary medical qualification (MB ChB or equivalent)
- Successful completion of UK Foundation training
- Must currently be in a HEENW (NHSE Northwest WTED) training post at the level of ST3 or above
