Our client is a well-established professional services consultancy seeking an experienced Secretary from a similar background.You will be providing secretarial duties in a team environment based in Bromley.

After probation there is an option for hybrid working.

**MAIN DUTIES OF THE TEAM SECRETARY**:

- 60% of the role is audio/copy typing and formatting documents
- Completing documentation according to company corporate style in forms of letters, reports, specification, minutes, certificates and related documents from handwritten drafts or digital dictation
- Daily filing management
- Answering the telephone and providing accurate relevant messages
- Booking of appointments
- Provide secretarial support to other teams when necessary
- Postal duties including collating post, franking and preparation for collection by the Post Office
- Photocopying documentation and binding
- Preparing and updating of spreadsheets according to priority
- Act as first point of contact
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks

**PERSON SPECIFICATION FOR THE TEAM SECRETARY**:

- Essential - accurate typing speed of 50wpm or more
- Audio experience preferred but not essential
- IT Skills - Advanced MS Word, knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritise heavy workload and work to strict deadlines
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Proactive secretarial and administrative support
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willing, helpful and team orientated
