We operate 15 dealerships in the areas of Belfast, Newtownabbey and Portadown, representing 9 manufacturer brands. We also operate Agnew AutoStore in Portadown, Agnew Leasing, NI TPS, Agnew Repair Centre, Agnew Trade Centre and Agnew Car Buyer.

We employ over 1000 staff, sell over 18,000 new and used vehicles annually, with an annual turnover over £450 million.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the day to day running of the whole business. This will involve dealing with trade customers, invoicing vehicles and general administration.
- Dealing with incoming telephone queries and buying vehicles into stock from Agnew Car Buyer.
- Fully raising and collecting payment for vehicles
- Take an active part in upholding the Company's health, safety & environmental policy.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to demonstrate a strong and competent background in administration.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment.
- Minimum of 4 GCSE's at C grade or above
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
