Reporting to the Compliance Team Manager, we are seeking to recruit a passionate Compliance Officer, who can monitor compliance within L&Q’s Private Rental Sector (PRS) department. This will include the PRS, IMR, LLR, Commercial and Key worker tenures. You will have worked in property and tenancy management and have the relevant experience. Most of all you will be motivated to improve compliance within the portfolio, minimising risk while delivering departmental KPIs. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team perform to the agreed standard, leading them to manage fraud and health and safety checks, compliance audits, property licensing and any other compliance checks required.

Specifically, we are looking for people with a strong track record of managing compliance and risk. You will have excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to collect and analyse large quantities of data. The Compliance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring the team are complying to the relevant legislation, and have an excellent track record of record keeping, data handling and reporting.

**This is an essential car user post to which an additional monthly allowance is paid. The post holder is required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. ECU Allowance is paid in accordance with requirements of the relevant policy as updated from time to time.**

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
