Reporting to the Bars Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

As a Mixologists, mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Your duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales.

To succeed in the role of iMixologist you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Creates drink menu according to ingredient seasonality and style of establishment
- Prepares individual drink components before service (infusions, juices, syrups etc)
- Deep understanding of ingredients used - knows why a certain one is used in a recipe
- Well-organized
