Caring Connections are looking for Senior Care Coordinator to oversee our St Helens Care operation.

As a Senior Care Coordinator your responsibilities will include: overseeing the management of the care team, rota / scheduling, making sure an excellent level of care is provided at all times and reporting back to the office staff with any relevant information. As part of your role you will also be involved in the on call rota 1 week per month.

As a senior member of staff you will be professional and experienced as you will be setting an example for the other members of staff.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Experienced to or willing to work towards at least level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience of Rota Management and Scheduling home care
- Experience with shift leadership and management
- Experience with medication administration
- Proven track record in a care environment delivering quality care
- Experience and knowledge of dementia (desirable)
- Relationship Building
- Coordination

- Teamwork
- Verbal Communication
- Patient Services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,080.00 per year
